Working alongside his team, he transforms excellent produce with culinary flair and passion to create dishes that are as visually attractive as they are delicious, and which are sure to delight you.
For Yves, cooking represents a mix of emotions, cultures and flavours. He attaches great importance to the selection and respect of the produce he uses, as he knows that to get the best out of his ingredients, they need to be both fresh and seasonal.
